The Brown-Wilson Group and Black Book annually surveys an organization’s satisfaction with their outsourcing service providers and consultants. Each service provider is evaluated on a scale of 1-10 on 20 key performance indicators. Black Book invited over 400,000 individuals to participate in the ranking process.
