I'm not so sure I've found my spot yet. You know, that perfect setting where you'll gladly spend the rest of your life with family and friends. Where is that place anyway? Well, it's truly hard to say. After all, it could be anywhere on the planet, and it's most likely different for us all. On the other hand, there are ways to narrow it down. Take the United States for example. I know that this is the country for me. I was born here and totally love our ways of life. So if you can narrow it down to the 50 states, you're well on your way. Now ponder climate, population, and amenities. Are you searching for a rainy state with mountainous regions, mild winters, and great coffee? If so, I'd recommend Washington or Oregon. Both are beautiful places to live. Or, maybe you're in the market for a flatter region with all four seasons, lower populations, but good public school systems. If that's the case, it's time to check out Iowa, Ohio, and Indiana real estate.

The Midwest! I never really got that whole spiel. Is it really in the "Midwest" area? More like the Mideast if you ask me. Just check out the time zone on some of these Midwestern states. Regardless, millions of people take full advantage of Ohio, Iowa and Indiana real estate. They build homes in the heartland and love the smaller populations. I should know. I'm one of them. And when I say smaller populations, I'm comparing these states to the heavily populated areas of the U.S. Basically I like to have all the amenities, such as restaurants, shopping, and culture, but without all the big city headache you might find in Manhattan or Los Angeles. I guess I want to have my cake and eat it too. Then there are the crime and education issues. If you look into Indiana real estate, you'll probably notice that you can find a nice home in a safe area with great school systems. And in the end, this is a crucial part of life when you have a family to think about.

 Quote of the Day
Wilt thou have this Woman to thy wedded wife, to live together after God’s ordinance in the holy estate of Matrimony? Wilt thou love her, comfort her, honour, and keep her in sickness and in health; and, forsaking all other, keep thee only unto her, so long as ye both shall live?
—Book Of Common Prayer, The. Solemnization of Matrimony, “Betrothal,” (1662)
